I've been trying to contact technical support for 10 days, and all they tell me is to open a ticket (they don't respond).
Technical support just tells me to wait. It's the same thing every day... I just want to withdraw the money from my sales.

I want to clarify that I had a ticket 10 days ago and I deleted it in order to create another one.

I just need help with my problem so I can continue selling CCS.

Greetings to the forum administrator and owner of vclub.

The problem is they're asking me to reset my Jabber password, and my account is old; I registered it with my email address (I've explained this 50 times already because Jabber won't let me reset it).

But when I applied to be a seller, I sent them my Jabber account details, so I don't know why I haven't been paid.

Greetings to the CrdPro administrator, I want to express my dissatisfaction with @vclub. Their support tells you to "wait," and they don't respond to tickets! I've been trying to withdraw my sales earnings for over 10 days now, and they haven't given me an answer!

When I registered my account several months ago, they didn't require Jabber for withdrawals, but now they do. Similarly, when I submitted a ticket to become a seller, I included my Jabber details, so I don't understand why they won't let me make withdrawals!

Hi @vclub , how are you? My account is old; I don't remember the email I used to register it. I recently started selling in the store and I'm having trouble because it's asking me to change my Jabber password to make withdrawals. The "Tickets" section isn't responding. I provided my Jabber account details when I applied to be a seller. Could you please update them?

@vclub I've already created 7 tickets and haven't received a response to any of them. I'm creating another one. Username: santutu

I think it's also quite noticeable here that I sent them my Jabber when I applied to be a seller.


They're taking me for a fool! I created the ticket, explained the situation, and they closed it!

@vclub either you start solving user problems or you will be permanently banned.
There are much claims against you (on other forums too). Start doing something.

I think my problem is pretty clear. I've been complaining about this for days, I sent the necessary screenshots and evidence... is it really that hard for you to add Jabber to my account?
