I've been trying to contact technical support for 10 days, and all they tell me is to open a ticket (they don't respond).
Technical support just tells me to wait. It's the same thing every day... I just want to withdraw the money from my sales.

I want to clarify that I had a ticket 10 days ago and I deleted it in order to create another one.

The problem is they're asking me to reset my Jabber password, and my account is old; I registered it with my email address (I've explained this 50 times already because Jabber won't let me reset it).

But when I applied to be a seller, I sent them my Jabber account details, so I don't know why I haven't been paid.

I recently started selling in the store and I'm having trouble because it's asking me to change my Jabber password to make withdrawals. The "Tickets" section isn't responding.
