They have no intention of helping... they told me to create a ticket and I can't even access my account!!! They're a scam

They still don't help, they tell you "wait" "we'll help you soon" always the same thing...

The payment wave has already happened; we'll have to wait for the next one, which I'd say will be between 5 and 7 days, so there's no need to open another report. We've always paid our sellers.

Yes, because this claim will only be closed once the plaintiff has confirmed receipt of payment.

I'll ask the admin to do it, but if he had used his eyes properly and read correctly, all of this would never have happened.
As long as I'm the forum judge, claims will be closed after they're actually resolved, not after your words.
You'd better focus on solving your client's problems, then you won't have so many claims on the forums.
