When do people receive their bank statements?

Is it at roughly the same time, or are they different for each customer?

I want to card something that is made to order, and requires a 7 day waiting period between payment and shipping. So I figure, pay just after someone receives their bank statement, and hopefully the waiting period doesn't matter.

The norm practice is 4th or 5th from the beginning of every month.

It's when they signed up for the account, mine's on the 15th of the month, normally.
