Where to get fake track numbers?

Maybe there are some services that make tracks to the addresses I need? To be tracked, they say, I sent a package.
Or something like how you can register a package on the Russian Post website and immediately receive a track. But it glows supposedly, the package has not yet been accepted.
Something similar, but either that the parcel would be tracked, or displayed as accepted (but not tracked, like, say, parcels and China) .
