The reason I choose Tails, is because it has many of the security features that you require to stay anonymous already installed. Some users are not happy with Tails, but it really is a great operating system loaded with security features. Make sure you download the Tails ISO file from the official Tails website and you can either load it into Virtual Box or burn it to a DVD or load it onto a USB and booting your computer from that drive.
VPN- the eternal discussion
First of all, for just browsing the DMN with Tor, millions of people use it for god zillion of reason. It won’t necessary raise your profile too much to just browse internet with Tor. If you use Tails and Tor, wow, you are already very good in terms of anonymity.
Add VPN before or after Tor is a possibly, but to be frank, it seems it more risky to have a VPN as the endpoint than Tor.
Today is NordVPN very popular or protonmail- I advise you to stay off them. The most popular ones which spend millions on advertising- just don’t use them.

Private internet access has been quite reliable so far in drug cases which often are pushed hard by Law enforcement.

Stop thinking about it. Few people have it, and those are normally not sold on the dark net to “strangers”. It is a classical newbie trap. Just forget about it.
ATM Software and Dump + Pin
As prepaid card, it exists, but in an even smaller circle. On no reputable forum are these products ever sold, make you think, why? It does exists, it really does, but do you think they let a newbie into it for 500 or even 2000 USD when they cash this out in a blink? Nope. They don’t. Again, don’t waste too much time on this, typical scammer stuff.
Western Union or similar transfer services
Again, it does exists, but risk are potentially higher, but it is kind of freaky business, I would not recommend that for newbies either for many reasons. Try to forget the “easy money”; the more desperate you are for a quick buck, the easier you go behind the bars.
Want to learn?
Teachers are around the corner but it is never for free. The best course is on a Russian Forum, they do teach it in English as well. Cost roughly 850 EUR, but it is the real deal. Another way is Ginseng here, the best course in English speaking world (yes, I don’t earn commission from that but it is good and serious mentor)

Markets
They are very volatile for the moment but Empire and Nightmare go strong. There is a lot of FUD here regarding exit scam etc. Probably competitors or LE. Almost all markets will Exit scam sooner or later, and many was run by same people. The rule is to not have too much money in the market wallet. When you get into the game, markets will be less important, but you will focus on the good forum, vendor shops and relations you build up. Markets for me are not so serious. There is a mix-up in categories, lot of scams etc. And it goes on with the admin knowingly allowing it. That does not happen as much in the serious forums if you are in the verified sections.
But what to do in order to start when?
1. Carding laptop at least 1500 USD (preferably at least 16 GB RAM so you can run Virtual box without issue)
2. “Courses” or guidance, might be shit of if you have bad luck, but off course it helps to have a mentor, tell me someone in which skill you will not grow faster with a mentor? Same here. Expect 1000 USD a minimum
3. Resources to burn for learning (at least 500-1000 USD). You will burn cards and socks/rdp, no question about it.
4. Time- put off dedicated time for learning. I would say 300 -500 hrs. is a good amount at least.
-Understand basic Linux command and units 150 hrs.
-Opsec 50 hrs.
-Carding Set up 50 hrs.
-Carding methods (finding your way in what works for you) 50 hrs.
-Trial and error 100 hrs. (after you know opsec and identified your methods you practice them to perfection)
5. Organize yourself- because all these guide seller just sell a pack of things like you receive a MEGA MEGA MEGA package of “goodies”, but it is just a bunch of old stuff but there is no structure. I have it perfectly structured so I can easily find what I need when I need it. Make sure to have that organization yourself. Don’t get me wrong, nothing wrong with going through the old stuff, but the lack of structure is just confusing at first. This does not go for the courses I recommended.
If you want you can PM for some small stuff, but better ask directly in thread here if it is related to newbie stuff. This is just a very short introduction- but you should be better off now in understanding how this scene works I hope. There is lot of information out there- best of British to you.
6. Carding might go down, but it is part of fraud, and fraud will continue. CPN or Credit profile numbers, commercial fraud is the next part of the game. So even if one game is not played in the future, the Fraud Game will go on forever
