Question Is On Title. Why Am I Getting Always Declined? My Friend Purchased With Same Card But I Cant Do. When I Put My Real Prepaid Card Im Getting Declined Too. On "ALL" Sites

Are you using public cc or private one ?
You mentioned that even with ur real prepaid card u get declined , i think you should call bank and fix ur problem
