I suggest implementing a cc and dump vendor feedback and rating system. Like they have on Amazon for each vendor. The buyer leaving the feedback will be anonymised so the vendor can not see their identity and threaten or take revenge against the buyer. The crdpro admin will however be able to see the username who left the feedback. The buyer will have to show transaction screenshots or message / chat log screenshots to back up their feedback. All this can be implemented over a single weekend, using whatever language : likely PHP, that was used to code this forum in the first instance.
That way, buyers can easily see which vendors to avoid and which to patronise.
The feedback rating would be implemented to show feedback over the last 2 weeks as well as feedback over the last year. This is to indicate vendors who might have slipped up in the past and now have improving performance.
If all this is serious business, it should be treated and implemented like serious business instead of some sloppy weekend hobbyist site.
We gotta weed out the unserious buyers and sellers and scammers somehow.

I also suggest some sort of penalty for those vendors who setup dummy accounts to say positive things about their shops. Crazyshop seems to do that at the.moment but some other shops do it as well. It is so easy to spot the pattern. New user without any previous posts suddenly saying glowing things about a relatively mediocre or unknown shop or a user who has only been active in the past few months dedicating all their posts to saying how wonderful a shop is. Maybe those accounts are being paid or promised payment, but it misleads genuinely buyers.
If this goes on, buyers get fed up of being scammed and move away from this forum to other places where they feel there are less scammers.

Doesn't need password. Programmatic Authorization will easily do this. It tracks who's paid for extra privileges and shows only them, privileged content.

Recently, a lot vendors have appeared on the forum, who don't have web shop, and sells CC directly with Telegram, ICQ, Jabber.

As practice has shown, they resort to flooding in their threads to raise the position of the topic and hide negative feedback from real users. Example was vendor Rie86 (already banned), who just resell CC from autoshops and didn't make any refunds:

An example of such vendors:
Apollo CC TOP
mitanopaul
d0xing
livebig
chiron692

My suggestion - is to make it mandatory for these vendors to transact only through the forum escrow. Mark each their post that they should work only through escrow. And if vendor refuses work through escrow, open black claim on him.

This will help to understand which vendors are bona fide and which are fraudulent.
