Looking for dump bins that aren’t region locked in USA. Seems like there’s a lot of misinformation about 201 dumps that you “need” a programmed chip to make a debit d+p work at an atm which simply isn’t true- you can try this with cloning your own debit card and going to an atm and cashing out, usually, and it works… only issue with that is since you’re doing this around where your card is typically being used it’s not abnormal behavior so of course your card likely worked… using someone else’s card providing its active by checking the balance at an ATM or using a checker to see if it’s active works however if you buy the card online even if you buy your own cards BIN it could be region locked. So I’m wondering if people would add working dump bins that aren’t region locked to this thread. Not sure why people gate keep this information as it frequently rotates around. Sure, if you have a bin that works and you don’t use a skimmer and you’re buying from a vendor you would want to gate keep it for yourself to buy the entire bin/base but there’s tens of thousands of bins… cmon
