If/when you refund me I will be able to initiate that process for any deals we may engage in. Giving me credit on your shop leaves me in effectively the same position I am in now. FYI the refund is going into membership on the forum if it happens. So whether you send it to the admin or I do it's going to end up in the same place. Any deal that we may engage in will be out of pocket money for me, done through escrow. I made a decision to do this deal with you, without escrow, in under 15 minutes. No. If you send $500 to the admin you must be absolutely clear that it is money to close this dispute as you have wronged a customer and that customer has offered that the money be given to the admin for their time in rectifying the issue. When you do that the admin can do as he pleases. Justice can only be served when we are beholden to a power greater than us. Otherwise people can do things like call the mod biased and then not deal with anything until they get banned. If the admin decides that you deserve some advertising credit because I spent 3 months persuading you to do the right thing, totally, I think that's a great upside for you. If you believe that's going to happen, I would maybe splash some cold water on your face.

I don't have power greater then me here, I have deals and have terms, I work according to terms specified, that's it, I do fair business in this grey-hat sphere, I have real feedback from reputable people on this forum. Admin doesn't solve if me or someone else deserves anything and doesn't do as he pleases, if we arrange advertising with him - I send him money he places banner or banner link. If for some reason there was technical bug on forum - he refunds money. He solves only the thing if you deserve ban or not here and does as he pleases in this case.
