Yep, I confirm. There is no "refund" button even though the card was stated as "ref" before purchase. I contacted their support, they responded once assuming that my ref rate is too low and asking for a screenshot (like they can't see what's going on on their shop, haha), I sent it to them and that's it. No respond for a few days. My ref rate should be ok as I refunded only 1 card out of 8.
