Check balance & EMV software

Hello everyone!
I want to know if it is possible to know what the balance on cc without calling the cc company?
I would like to know where to find free EMV software.

I would also like to collaborate in the with only serious people, and i would appreciate any help possible please.

Never use free sofware usely got a virus inbeded in it

You can log in to cc's online banking, and there will tell you the balance, but not every bank can log in. The emv software is free, and I am using it.

Here a collection of EMV software, free and working. Mind, ONLY the Jcop Hiro Live.exe file contains a virus! Make sure to delete that one!
The rest is fine.

No need to pay large amounts of money and later find out you were scammed.

CardPeek = read your card and look what is on it
JCOP Manager = also card reader
arcq_gen and BP-Tools = ARQC generators
X2 = card writer and IST file generator
SmartTools Plus, PyApduTool = card writers, ATR writer
