In any circumstances even if goods are delivered and confirmed you take the risk of losing them if there is police raid or they get stolen by drop, we mention this not because it happens often but because we want to be open about our business to you as a customer and we will always try our best to retrieve your goods if anything goes wrong.
Tracking number can't be manipulated in any way before drop have received and sent delivered goods to you.
We accept any goods that are not prohibited or bulky, that are up to 45 lbs.
You must provide tracking before the delivery of the item or the item won't get accepted.
For buying up service always contact us before sending the item
If one order was sent with two or more tracking's, it will be counted as multiple tracking's
For goods forwarding we accept any goods that are not prohibited or bulky, that are up to 45 lbs.
Labels for the shipment of your items are made by yourself. Labels must be uploaded within 24 hours of the drop confirming delivery.
Labels are only accepted after service has been paid fully for reship.
Compensation is negotiated individually with each client, the service will accommodate the client if it deems it necessary.
We pick up and accept only condition: brand new, original packaging (refurbished, used, locked is discussed individually)
it is forbidden to send from EBAY, half of the goods arrive in substandard conditions + periodically kills addresses.
It is prohibited to send with Pay Pal Credit or Bill Me Later.

- Force majeure in the form of calls, letters, and visits from store -employees, postal services, police, and detectives that results in loss of items.
- The service is not responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
- Drop has been informed about the scheme and has quit their job.
- Returned to sender packages not gonna be paid for.
- If the goods were left on the porch, at the door, in the yard, or anywhere else. Claims that the drop did not accept the parcel are not accepted.
