close existing tickets, only 10 max tickets are allowed to be opened.
Go to tickets homepage, on left side select all tickets and click on three dots and click close

if Shop#1 cards, you can open a ticket for no balance cards and ask for a refund as well.

but both have their own pros, and cons, bins availability, and how cards are checked. Checker are different for both. (both reliable).

The checkers were broken and they said the card was dead and the card was live with a checker. When I created a ticket, they said they would not refund it.
