The checkers were broken and they said the card was dead and the card was live with a checker. When I created a ticket, they said they would not refund it.

Shop 2 checker stucks on checking when I click recheck status button it says please wait until previous check is pending... And then check time is up, when will this issue be fixed?

This shouldn't happen. Did you try to press on "Recheck status" again after waiting for 10-20 seconds?

Good! "Check Refund Status" was successfully fixed and I got a refund for all dead cards, good store

I just purchased a cc from shop 2 but suddenly page refreshed and my balance deducted I opened my cards page on shop 2 and checked purchase status button it showed me card not purchased You have not been charged but my balance is deducted 18$ please help me refund my balance sir please thanks
