Please tell me ticket ID. You can find it in ticket website url.

Refunds are processed manually via tickets as well.
Users who claim and get refund via ticket, seller balance are adjusted accordingly.

There is not much we can do, however if you press "Check" and yet result was Unchecked - please create ticket.

Elon, I got the exact same issue and your support team did NOT HELP. There is an issue with Shop2, I would like a refund for the Dead Card I was not able to refund. This is NOT FAIR, I bought Shop2 access for the very reason that it would be completely autonomous and I would have full control of checking as many cards as I would like to buy.

I want to clarify that there was absolutely no way of clicking 'check'. I wanted to check after 20 seconds but I was not given the option to do so. Please investigate this.

You need to use CHECKER for Shop#2. We do not entertain manual refunds for it. We cannot help much in Shop#2.
"marked as "Unchecked" and Refund Requested: Yes" - only condition where we can provide refund for Shop#2 via ticket.

Pressed check & refund button again it's marked as unchecked, refun requested YES Card statu UNCHECKED. PLEASE refund complete 15$
