I see a lot of beginners complaining about the quality of cards from the poor cc shops(because I see a lot of people complaining about CC shops -> Since I only believe in what I see my students and I try the shop and cards are valid we even found many high balance on some stores. The card getting declined does not always mean you have a bad cards.

Uma carta recusada nem sempre significa que você tem uma carta ruim.
Seu endereço IP pode muito bem ser o problema.
