I see a lot of beginners complaining about the quality of cards from the poor cc shops(because I see a lot of people complaining about CC shops -> Since I only believe in what I see my students and I try the shop and cards are valid we even found many high balance on some stores. But the noodleb will just rush and cry to the complain section “?because their single $1 noref card was declined by the merchant?”.

The card getting declined does not always mean you have a bad cards.
Your IP address might well be the issue.
To avoid that, Always follow the Prozone Law of clean Ip, it states that:

So you need clean ips which You can find on:

?Proxy-store -> 2nd choice.

Vejo muitos iniciantes reclamando da qualidade dos cards de lojas de cartões de crédito ruins (porque vejo muitas pessoas reclamando de lojas de cartões de crédito -> Como só acredito no que vejo, meus alunos e eu experimentamos a loja e os cards são válidos, até encontramos muitos saldos altos em algumas lojas. Mas o idiota vai correr e chorar para a seção de reclamações "? porque seu único card noref de $1 foi recusado pelo comerciante? ".

Uma carta recusada nem sempre significa que você tem uma carta ruim.
Seu endereço IP pode muito bem ser o problema.
Para evitar isso, siga sempre a Lei Prozone de IP limpo, que afirma que :

*** Texto oculto: não pode ser citado. ***

Então você precisa de IPs limpos, que você pode encontrar em:
? ‍ Prozone -> 1ª escolha
?Proxy-store -> 2ª opção.
Terceira opção -> você me diz porque eu só uso o melhor.
