someone has to send it to you and you don’t need internet or anything to use it just a phone with nfc

Bro Carteira NFC will approve transaction even if there is no money on the card.
Carteira forces POS to do transaction offline.

I have receipts to show proof.
Carteira is 100% success rate but merchant may not receive cash

Carteira NFC , upload the app or share the app link .

Bro can anyone explain to me how exactly do we use carteira to force offline like what bin etc can I bump heads with somebody with some knowledge I got valid dumps already I know the balance on and everything and can’t get my dumps to work on carteira tho
