Man I bought eight cards oh, and also they were gold in 1 day and it says they're valid, but they're not because they're not even $50 on them. And I'll bet you they're gonna give me an excuse that there's money on them and not give me a refund

Our customer service is available via tickets only.

As we see you purchased part of the cards in pre-check mode. Due to the technical reasons, pre-check mode is not 100% accurate as if we use accurate check technique for pre-checking it will definitely kill the cards.
This means the only way to receive accurate refunds is to use No Check (Refundable) order mode, i think you should try using it.

It's technically impossible to guarantee that some card will have specific amount on it.
And no any single shop on the market is able to guarantee you that as it's impossible to check that.

High level cards not having 50 usd is uncommon case, but it's technically impossible to check that.
