I'm sorry 70% is what I'm willing to accept. You have to remember you gave me a nothing product and you were told when you delivered it that it wasn't satisfactory. You can stand by that what you provided was quality but if that was the case you would have had the very real opportunity to just keep and and not steal my money. With that considered, I'm paying 30% or 150 USD for you to pull this nonsense for 3 months when you could have just sold what you gave me to someone else who it may be quality for. So according to screenshots we can see that square is verified, also bank is provided, docs provided, google voice phone number provided.

actually I think you can return a product because it is unsatisfactory, especially in the case of a car that you mentioned. I'd ask you to consider what kind of statement you are making to potential future customers when you say things like satisfaction is subjective and therefore not a concern of yours as a vendor.

In any event I don't think you're interested in the small talk. Posting screenshots has already been done it's not going to change my position. For reference, 70% refund of 350 USD to me or 100% value payment to admin of $500. Either of those will close the dispute.

My offer is objectively fair and we have reached the end of the negotiating phase. Your friend fixxx had mentioned that escrow is the easiest way to avoid situations like this. That is completely true and valuable advice. That's because escrow ensures someone reviews the quality and context before the seller can run away with the money. If you were to hypothetically accept that we had escrow in place for this transaction, and I had objected to the quality in the timeframe that I had, then you would be forced to reach some satisfactory conclusion with me correct?

That didn't happen which is why we're still arguing with each other. Instead of deal with the complaints I had you blocked me and refused to deal with me at all. This looks bad bro. Whether I'm a bitch or not. This is the 3rd time I'm taking responsibility for the overwhelming animosity that has developed here but if you can't come to terms with sending me money just send it to the admin. that deal is about terms and about what was discussed not about your well-being and other ephemeral things.

I actually would have accepted this if you had dealt with me at the time of the transaction. It remains a decent offer I just hope you can understand that will all of this it's probably best that we don't start another transaction that may lead to another dispute. I will definitely keep you in mind if/when you refund me or transfer the 500 to admin. It would be a better idea to negotiate with the guy you are friendly with. I'm sure you could get some additional advertising out of the 500 and, in my opinion, the forum has done an adequate job of addressing this. @ncondamove doing the good work for all of us.

What I could offer: I will unblock you in telegram and credit 500$ on shop balance and if you are gonna buy something from me I will be ready to sell you something that can't cause any "non-objective" talks, for example docs or fake ids or google voice account, or bank account or some custom verification. Once you are going to purchase something from me we clearly spell out all conditions as in the contract, confirm them on both sides and do not deviate from these conditions in the course of the deal
