@ElonMoney of course your ADMIN says NOTRef
Card has already been used by someone else when I bought it and when I make a ticket he says NOTRef. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yet you don't do anything about it.
Every SINGLE TIME I load this forum up, so many users have the same problem.
You need to get a new Admin team too, far too many incompetent people working behind the scene who tarnish your reputation.

Bought 10 dead cards can’t make any tickets for any one of em error 500
Delete all tickets then create tickets again
I haven't received a refund for 8 days and I'm waiting for a refund.Most of the time I am like this.I should have been compensated

Pressed check & refund button, refund not received still, kindly add working check refund status button, shop2 has many bugs still yet, and always admin says No ref without research, this shop is now getting dead
