First of all, where did you get the amount of $350 when you only deposited $308.82? It appears to be a blatant falsehood on your part!
Secondly, you purchased a total of 22 CC and attempted to request a refund for 16 of them, which already seems quite unusual! It is quite logical that you were denied such a high number of refunds.
The first two refusals were due to your refund percentage exceeding the 35% limit, as clearly specified on the rules page in point 11.
Then you tried once again to return the purchased credit card, which was valid according to the LuX checker, but your limit was still exceeding 35%. Obviously, your request for a refund was denied.
Next, you purchased a prepaid card and immediately attempted to request a refund for it, even though our rules clearly state in section 4: "We do not refund for prepaid cards. Pay attention to the return policy information for each card."
Afterwards, you repeatedly attempted to return a valid card while simultaneously insulting the store administration with hysteria. It is entirely possible that you need to reconsider your approach to work and communication.
