You confuse no otp aka non vbv, non mcsc, non amex safekey bins for apple pay auto add bins!!

A non vbv cc will not ask for the verified by visa password or the one time password when you card on a 3d enabled website but when trying to add the card on apple pay it will ask for otp or ask you to verify by calling or through the mobile app

So you kids should stop confusing both of them
